Well, this is supposed to be a Japanese candy commercial but I agree with Ray William Johnson, the song is Jamaican and the girls are white. Or I think that's what he said in his video, yes Ray William Johnson talked about this video. Ray aside, I really like this video, it's kind of catchy.
